If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately at: (707)963-3693 or via email at customercare@tesswine.com so that we can address your issue or concern.  We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
