Ingredients
- 3 Cloves
- 4 Kumquats
- 2 Cherries
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 3 ozs Tess Red Wine
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Angostura Bitters
- Basil Leaves
- Thinly Sliced Jalapeno
Directions
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cloves, kumquats and cherries
2. Add remaining liquid ingredients and shake vigorously
3. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a basil leaf, cherry, kumquat and a thin slice of jalapeno for an added bite
Bartenders secret: In place of a fresh fruit garnish, try candied kumquats and cherries for an extra sweet finish!
